Q: How long is the warranty period of the wheel hub assembly? What does the warranty scope cover?
A: The warranty period of regular products is 24 months or 50,000 kilometers (whichever comes first). The warranty scope covers problems such as abnormal noise, jamming and bearing failure caused by product manufacturing defects. Free replacement service is available for non-human damage.
Q: What is your terms of payments?
A: We accept T/T L/C at beginning, 30% advance, and pay up before delivery.
Q: Do you support product customization?
A: We support customization services. According to the OE number, vehicle model parameters or drawings provided by customers, we can accurately match the technical requirements of different vehicle models such as passenger cars, commercial vehicles and construction machinery to meet personalized supporting needs.

Application
The wheel hub unit is the core load - bearing component linking a vehicle's suspension and wheels. It stably bears the vehicle's full weight, absorbing radial loads from vertical weight and axial impact forces during cornering, braking, and uneven road driving. Its integrated bearing structure ensures high rigidity, maintaining wheel alignment accuracy and stable rotation. Hub unit requires friction torque test: To evaluate resistance during normal driving. Pass criteria: For ball bearing type, friction torque not more than 1.7 N·m; for tapered roller bearing type, friction torque not more than 2.5 N·m.
Hub unit after fretting wear test: Pass criteria is raceway wear depth not more than 5 µm.
Hub unit high-speed durability test: (Tester speed response not less than 500 r/s, error within ±5%. Dynamic accuracy less than 3% after force stabilization, less than 2% after speed stabilization;)
1.Grease leakage rate not more than 10%;
2.Temperature during test not exceeding 120°C.

Hub unit requires sealing / air tightness performance test: To evaluate sealing effectiveness under specified pressure conditions. Pass criteria: No air leakage allowed during test.
